1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email address and authentication identifiers when you sign in.
• Project content: the app idea, answers and generated prompts you choose to save.
• Local data: wizard progress and accessibility preferences stored in your browser only.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic usage events needed to run the site securely.

3. How we use it

To provide the generator, store your saved prompts, secure the Service, and improve reliability. Your idea text is sent to our AI provider to produce questions and prompts; it is not used to train third-party models on your behalf. Legal bases (GDPR): contract performance, legitimate interests and consent.

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors that run the Service — hosting, database/auth infrastructure and AI model providers — under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as defined by the CCPA.

5. Cookies and affiliate links

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage for sign-in and preferences. Some outbound links to app builders are affiliate links; those partners may set their own cookies once you leave our site, governed by their privacy policies.

6. Retention

Saved prompts and account data are kept until you delete them or close your account. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and debugging.

7. Your rights

GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. CCPA/CPRA: the right to know, delete, correct and to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), without discrimination. 8. International transfers & children

Data may be processed outside your country using appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. The Service is not directed at children under 16.
